FTP upload
Small files (up to about 5 Mb) can always be sent via email to your contact person here. For larger files, you can use our FTP server or forward them through, for example, WeTransfer. www.wetransfer.com
How to log into our FTP server
To log onto our FTP server you will need an FTP client. If you do not have an FTP client, you can download one for free at FileZilla http://filezilla-project.org/.
If you have an FTP client installed, you must add a new site.
- For server enter ftp.vanderpoorten.be.
- As a user, you must login with the credentials you have received (on request) from us.
Then click on 'Connect' and you will see your computer on the right side and our server on the left.
You can then drag your files from the folder in which they are stored on your computer onto our server.
Please name your files clearly and inform your contact here that you have transferred your files onto our FTP server.
WeTransfer
Another way to transfer files is to send them through WeTransfer.
Navigate your browser to www.wetransfer.com. First select the files on your computer and then enter the email address of your contact here at Van der Poorten. Enter your email address and you will receive a confirmation once we have received the files.
Please include a message so that we know which job the files are intended for.
Click "Transfer" and the files will be sent.
If you have any problems sending the files, please contact Rudi on 016/359164
